Soli Deo Gloria

Fear and Felicity

This conference aims at making much of Christ through the theme of Soli Deo Gloria.

At the 2024 Coram Deo Conference, we will come to the sum of the solas. It will be a culminating celebration in one of the richest of all biblical themes. More than something given to us, soli Deo gloria celebrates the chief end of God in the gospel. From start to finish, the celebratory chorus of the Reformation is that God is the sole author and finisher of salvation and therefore God alone is to be glorified. Key to this crescendo and crown of the five solas is that unlike the others it is not a means of salvation. Rather, it is the grand end and highest purpose of it. Soli Deo gloria, then, summarizes the chief end of both God and man. So, this conference purposes to encourage, equip, and engage all in the most worthy of all celebrations, making much of Christ to God’s glory and man’s joy!

Conference FAQs

Who is this conference for?

The Coram Deo Conference is intended for those seeking to know God more clearly, love Him more dearly, and follow Him more nearly, day by day. It is a conference designed for all seeking to grow in practicing the presence of God through Christ in the whole of life. It is our particular interest to serve both the lay person, and ministry leaders to help local churches make much of Christ through a right understanding of the Gospel.

Should my children attend?

While all are welcomed, please be aware that the sessions are intended for those of a more mature aptitude. We encourage parents to minister the truths presented at the conference with their children at home, shepherding and discipling their hearts in a way that only parents can. Suggested for ages 13 and older.

Are meals included?

A Saturday continental breakfast and lunch is included in the conference fee. For your comfort and convenience, snacks and refreshments will also be provided. Attendees are responsible for dinner Friday night.

If you have any questions about the conference, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by emailing [email protected]
